Coming to The Ruck this Friday - 10/18 - Four Quarters Brewing: Where exploration is at the heart of everything they do!
This brewery was inspired by the dual nature of the moon as ever-changing yet cyclical, they navigate towards consistently imaginative beers that embrace nature’s ever-changing ingredients and conditions.
Their beers are more than just the liquid in a glass; they are field notes from our ongoing journey — reflections of our experiments, discoveries, and the connections we forge with those who share our path.
So let's share a beer (or three!) & let's explore together!
The beers!
Phaze: 6.5% abv | American IPA
Aromas of lemon peel, orange citrus. Tastes like orange citrus-zest, soft peach notes, & tropical fruits. Mouthfeel is juicy and smooth. Small- medium hop bite on the finish, zesty-citrus, a quaffable IPA.
Space Face: 7.7% abv | American Double IPA
A Double IPA hopped up with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic Hops. Smells like Grapefruit, pine, with earthy notes. Taste - has a nice depth, a little sweeter than the nose suggested, tropical, papaya and mango with some pine undertones. Very well balanced, especially the bitterness.
Symphony of Stars: 6.0% abv | Oatmeal Stout
Smells a little roasty, some dark chocolate, cocoa, with a hint of coffee and fruity ester notes. Taste offers some dark roasty coffee and some very dark bitter chocolate cocoa notes, a touch biscuity and some caramel, the acrid roast. Semi dry finish with a bit of bitterness and lingering roast, mouthfeel is medium to fuller body, creamy, silky finish with a medium level of carbonation.
Do not miss these guys! We'll see you Friday - Cheers!
