Celebrating Beer Bars, Breweries and its people! The night before pregame to the Crispy Cruise!

This concept began back in February of 2019 for NYC Beer Week, thanks to Pat Fondilier from Alewife Brewing Company.

We were so overwhelmed by the event, we had to bring it to Troy during our Beer Week.

We feel that craft beer would not be where it is today without the symbiotic relationship between Craft Breweries and Beer Bars. The Ruck has witnessed the rise of the craft beer community in our Collar City and in the Capital Region.

We thought how great it would be to just hang with the folks who are responsible for our rising tides. So here we are, the OG Hang, drink beer and spread cheer, it’s just that simple!

Expect plenty of craft beer & brewery folks that we are grateful for. Plenty of beers from said people will be on to enjoy! All are welcome as we get ready for the next day's Crispy Cruise! A lager-centric craft beer cruise on the Capital Region’s premier pleasure boat, the Captain JP III!
