We're pumped for this tap takeover because we're going to host a couple of the founders of Sloop, Justin Taylor & Adam Watson! They're going to come down along with the Sloop sales team to enjoy Sloop brews at The Ruck.

The beers:
Juice Bomb - NEIPA - 6.5%
"The low bitterness and late hopping showcase the citrusy, juicy notes of American hops. A blast of tropical aroma is followed by a resiny and balanced flavor. Juice bomb features all the aspects and nuances of full hop flavor — not just bitterness. An IPA for real hop lovers."

Confliction - Sour - 4.8%
"The conflict of flavors in this dry hopped sour ale create a truly unique beer. Our house lactic culture creates a tart, sour base, contrasted with an intense Citra & Galaxy dry hopping. Citrusy, fruity aroma with a grapefruit finish. The I Ching tells us heaven & water go their separate ways."

Peaks & Valleys - IPA - 6.5%
"This IPA was brewed with malted and flaked oats, and got dry hopped with Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and German Amarillo, making for delicate notes of ripe stonefruit and cantaloupe, finishing with a slight sweetness reminiscent of Runts fruit candy."

Cold Side - IPA - 6%
"This IPA is exclusively hopped after fermentation, on the cold side. Featuring no-boil hops & no-whirlpool hops. Lands soft on the palate & hopped with Mosaic Cryo & Nelson Sauvin for flavors of subtle white wine, mixed berry & kiwi."
